Ginny qualified as a Reflexologist in the UK in 2002 and re-certified with a
Canadian school of Reflexology “Footsteps” when she arrived in NS in 2014 She
is an active member on the board of ACART (Atlantic Canada’s Association of
Reflexology Therapists)
Ginny is passionate about Reflexology building her practice in HRM, and settling here on the Eastern Shore. It was her dad that introduced her into reflex points on
the feet and since then she has been hooked, not only because it feels amazing, but the effect it has on the body afterwards too can be astonishing.
Reflexology makes you feel like you’re walking on air as well as helping the body to realign, get back in balance and become more efficient.
Ginny hopes to reach as many people as possible and introduce them to Reflexology as it is a Simple, Natural, Effective Healing therapy you should experience.
Reflexology is a non-invasive holistic complementary therapy that stimulates reflex
points on the feet to induce beneficial effects on the whole body and generates
balance within.
Andrea received a diploma in Acupuncture from the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2015. Andrea then proceeded with her dream of becoming an entrepreneur and opened The Acupuncture Wellness Loft. Andrea is registered with the Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine Association of Nova Scotia. Andrea thrives in treating many ailments and diseases, she specializes in Multiple Chemical Sensitivities, Fibromyalgia, IBS & Women’s health Andrea was raised in Eastern Passage and now lives happily in peaceful Porters Lake with her husband John & fur babies Flash & Hogies
Chelsea received her Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice (DOMP) from the National Academy of Osteopathy in Toronto with high academic standing. She believes that the largest hurdle to a successful treatment is a connection with the patient, which is what she strives to build from the second you meet her. She loves to chat, going above and beyond to educate her client’s so they can live healthy, pain-free lives.
She believes “education is the lightest thing you will ever carry”, and she practices what she preaches. Prior to her DOMP, she earned a specialized BSc., as well as an Honours in Biology and Diploma in Forensic Science. She believes in knowing the body from the inside out, saying that ALL of her education, not just the DOMP, is the backbone (pun intended) of the way she treats.
Chelsea sees a broad range of conditions. As osteopathy is one of the lesser-known therapy styles, we often see clients who have tried the more well-known avenues of treatment prior to seeking us out. She is also a RAPID neurofascial reset specialist.
When she isn’t working, you will find her outside or in the gym. She loves sports, her dog, and good food. She is also a self-proclaimed bookworm, having never met a book she didn’t like.”
